 Here at Henwood Properties we take unloved, derelict and tired-looking properties and turn them into delightful, affordable homes.

That is what the company does.

But who am I?

I am Sharon Henwood founder of Henwood Properties.

I am a mother of 4: 2 boys and 2 girls. I also have 3 adorable granddaughters. This is why I strive to do the best for my family as well as for others. 

I have done courses and mentoring on Serviced Accommodation, Rent to Rent (R2R), Buy to Let (BTL) and Buy, Refurb, Refinance and Rent (BRRR). All of these I am passionate about. I have worked with investors on all of these strategies and have enjoyed every detail of it.

But ultimately I love the transformation that can be achieved in taking unloved properties and turning them back in to homes. 

Barry (husband) and I have been working together for the past 12yrs as a unit in life and work. We ran our own showroom offering Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. This is where I got my taste for renovating and refurbishing properties. Barry's expertise has always been in this industry as well as being competent in all areas of the building trade. He is an expert in design and like me he can see the potential below the surface.

With both our skills in varying strategies we are experienced and knowledgeable. 

 I have the ability to adapt to situations without getting in a panic. I love doing the figures and working out the best way to get the most out of a project.  So why not come and join me and my team on making dreams come true. Either by investing or having a property that we can aquire.
