We buy all sorts of property from all avenues. They do not need to be in the best condition as we see past the surface to the potential below.

It depends on the location and if the numbers work. 

• We do figures the same as anyone would. 
• Is it being sold at the right price so that we can make a profit on it for our investors.
• We look into how much it would cost to renovate it. 
• We look at what the market house prices are for the area. 
• We look at how much rent it would yield and if it would be suitable for one of our tenants to purchase in the future.

Some of our properties come from auctions. Not all auction properties are in bad repair. The owners are just looking for a guaranteed sale and a fair price. 

Estate Agents are a great way of finding our properties. We have contacts within some agencies who tell us if there is a potential property that we may be interested in. This helps us get prime properties from sellers who are motivated to sell.

Purchasing property direct from the seller helps both of us save money. People sell this way as they would prefer not to go through an Estate Agent or auction. 

They also want a good price. These properties could be from:

• Inheritance 
• Probate
• Repossession
• Debt
• Downsizing
• Upsizing
• Relocation
• Retirement
