We will never enter into any contract with you unless there is a clear exit strategy either through refinancing or selling of the property. Each agreement will be individually tailored for each project and for each investor.

As an investor you may decide to invest £5000 with us for a fixed term of 1 year. We agree that you will receive a fixed 5% interest return on your £5000 for that year.

This will give you a passive income of £250. The interest will be paid at the end of the term
