What is a Company Let?
A company let is when you rent to a company like ours instead of to a family or individual. We specialise in providing quality accommodation for professionals while they are working away from home.
So what can we offer our landlords that a normal tenancy doesn't.
Yes it is and because we are subletting we need to ensure we have the correct legal framework in place. This framework is a Company Let Agreement. We can use a Common Law Agreement but curtain clauses and wording will need to be changed so that we can accommodate our clients.
As our company is your tenant you can do the right to rent check on us. As for our clients there is not a need to do this as they are only staying for a short time and this is not their permanent residential home.
You will need to check if your mortgage company (if you have a mortgage) accept short-term rentals.
In a leasehold property you will need to check the terms on your lease to see if it accepts subletting.
If the above is agreeable then all you need to do is contact us so we can have a chat about your property.
